ADigital was created around a simple idea: local businesses deserve the polished digital menu boards used by much larger brands — without enterprise pricing, complicated software, or an IT department. Walk into a national chain and the boards are sharp, current and effortless. Walk into the independent shop down the street and it's a printed sheet with a price crossed out in marker. That gap has nothing to do with how good the food is, and everything to do with who could afford the technology.
Because the truth is a menu is never finished. Prices move. Items sell out halfway through lunch. The seasonal drink starts Monday, the promo changes at three, and the breakfast board should have flipped to lunch an hour ago. Printed signs and static screens turn every one of those small changes into a chore — reprinting, taping, or finding whoever knows how to plug in the USB stick.
So we built the other way around. You design your boards in the Menu Designer right in your browser: start from a template, change the text, prices, fonts, colors and layout, add your logo and photos, and save it straight to your screens. Two columns or three, landscape or portrait, one board or a whole wall. No design software to learn, no waiting on a designer, and no file to email anyone.
From there it runs itself. Change a price from your phone and every board updates in seconds. Flag an item sold out and it's gone from the wall before the next customer looks up. Set your dayparts once and breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night swap on schedule, every day, on every screen you assigned them to. Managing six screens across three locations works the same as managing one.
And it keeps playing when things go wrong. Your boards cache their content on the player, so if the internet drops mid-rush the menu stays on the wall — it just keeps running, then quietly syncs whatever changed the moment the connection is back. The screens should be the last thing you think about on a busy Saturday.
The rest is on us. We recommend the right player for your setup, get it configured, and come out to your counter to install it and walk your team through exactly how to run it. We host the platform, keep it updated, and when something looks off you call us and get a person who knows your account — not a ticket number and not a help desk in another time zone.
