• Account & contact details — name, business name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
• Billing information — billing contact and records of your subscription. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Customer Content — the menus, prices, images, logos, and other materials you upload or create to display on your screens.
• Communications — messages you send us for support or inquiries.

Information collected automatically

• Device & player data — information from your connected players and screens, such as device identifiers, status, playback/sync activity, and connectivity, used to operate and troubleshoot the Service.
• Usage & log data — dashboard activity, IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps.
• Cookies — small files used to keep you signed in and to operate the dashboard (see Section 4).

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, host, and maintain the Service and your screens;
• Set up your account, process payments, and manage your subscription;
